Our Mission

Our mission is to provide Value-Added, Data-Driven Solutions to Optimize Enterprise-Wide Facility, Utility, and Energy Operations. 

We work with organizations of all sizes to implement advanced utility data collection infrastructure to collect (near) real-time utility consumption and cost data while offering a Utility Data Enterprise System (UDES) software service that provides the customer with the database storage and analytic tools to make business decisions.

Our History

Nair and Associates, LLC re-organized from Project Management Enterprises, Inc (PMEI) in 2017 to expand our core team and dedicate resources to utility management operations. PMEI originally developed the core Utility Data Enterprise System (UDES) in 2008 as an offering to the US Federal Government under sponsorship of the Department of Energy (DOE).

Since inception, the system architecture has continued to evolve with industry standards and has been enhanced to provide additional services and capabilities.

A full service is in use within US federal government agencies and supports unique, complex utility management requirements and verifies against Federal energy and water management regulations.

Additionally, the UDES also serves private sector customers with residential, multi-family, commercial, and retail space. With scalable scoping and pricing, the UDES service is adaptable to fit any size organization with varying complexity.
